Unkhair Chemistry Education Study Program Holds Guest Lecture on STEAM-Based Learning with Rumah MainSTreAM

The Chemistry Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Universitas Khairun, in collaboration with Rumah MainSTreAM, held a guest lecture on “STEAM-Based Learning” on Friday, June 5, 2026, at the FKIP Mini Auditorium, Universitas Khairun.

The event featured Yuni Widiastuti, S.Si., M.Psi.T., CT, Chair of the Rumah MainSTreAM Foundation, as the guest speaker, alongside Dr. Elsa Sriwahyuni, S.Pd., M.Pd., Coordinator of the Chemistry Education Study Program. The guest lecture provided students with an opportunity to learn about the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) learning approach and its application in teaching and learning activities.

Through this collaboration, the Chemistry Education Study Program seeks to broaden students’ understanding of innovative learning approaches that creatively and contextually integrate multiple disciplines. The activity also forms part of the program’s efforts to strengthen partnerships with education practitioners and support the development of adaptive and innovative future educators.
